We are pleased to inform you that following the success of the project carried out for the past 3 consecutive years, another series of cooking classes to spread the charm of Japanese local ingredients are currently being held in collaboration with ABC Cooking Studio this year.

The aim is for Singaporean consumers to discover the deliciousness and diversity of Japanese local ingredients and form a sense of familiarity with them through actually cooking and tasting the ingredients for themselves.

Date: 19^th November (Thursday) ~ 7^th December (Monday)

Venue: ABC Cooking Studio (Takashimaya Studio / Funan Studio)

Organisers: J.CLAIR Singapore and ABC Cooking Studio

Participating Prefecture or City: Shimane Prefecture, Mie Prefecture, Ureshino City,  Akita-Inu Tourism (A joint organisation of cities in Northern Akita Prefecture)

Others: Each prefecture/city/organisation prepares their own specialty ingredients and ABC Cooking Studio creates recipes that highlight the attractiveness of these ingredients.
