H.E. Don Pramudwinai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand has recently penned an article that illustrates the preponderance of enhancing multilateral cooperation among countries to overcome the adversities brought by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Titled ‘Taming the Black Swan: Multilateral diplomacy for sustainable growth in the era of disruption’, the article focuses on exploring how regional cooperation is essential in propelling economic advancements as well as connectivity that are much needed to revitalize countries such as Thailand post COVID-19.
